二．画展前言
韋珂性格内向，时常沉浸在个人隐密的内心世界里。他思维敏捷和跳躍，常有奇思怪想產生。他的文化基础深厚。在他的繪畫创作中，包含了個人繪畫探索實驗過程中面對的種種獨特的問題和體會。他針對當下繪畫中出現的趨同性和注重表面效果的傾象提出了一些自已的疑問和解決辦法。同時，他認真的思考了對繪畫形態表現性和趣味的追尋，並把這種追尋與其個人內心情感的準確傳達及精神訴求之間達至某種高度的契合。他力求在方法論中找到規律性的內容，給出自已的答案。
通過近期的紙上創作，也為他的階段性實驗找到了一個好的脈絡，得到了不少独有的体会。使他從形式感和畫面構成的方面，加強了自己處理畫面的能力。而且在畫面形象的編排上，產生了新的突破。這也是一條形成符合他個人精神氣質畫面的路經之一。
多年來，他在自身的绘画學習與研究上充满了强烈的表現欲望以及探索精神，大胆尝试新的繪畫材料和表现方法，具有较强的试验性特征以及很大的不确定性，相信他在末来的绘画创作道路上会越走越好。
Wei Ke
An introverted aritist who is often immersed in his private inner world. He has quick thinking and jumpy thoughts, and he often has strange ideas based on his profound cultural foundation. In his creation, he includes varied unique problems and experiences that he has faced in the process of his personal painting exploration experiment. He put forward some questions and solutions to the trend of convergence and attention to façade effects in current paintings. At the same time, he seriously thought about the pursuit of expressiveness and interest in the form of painting, and has reached a certain degree of compatibility between this pursuit and the accurate communication of personal inner emotions and spiritual appeal. He strives to find regular content in the methodology and offer his own answers.
Through recent creations, he has also found a good context for his phased experiments and gained lots of unique experience. He strengthened his ability to deal with pictures from the aspects of form and composition. Moreover, a new breakthrough has been made in the arrangement of the imagery of the picture. This is also one of the ways to form a picture in line with his personal spiritual sentiment.
Over the years, he has been filled with a strong desire for expression and spirit of exploration in his own painting study and research, boldly trying new painting materials and expression methods, with strong experimental characteristics and great positive uncertainty. I firmly believe that his future path of creation will be even more brilliant.
三．作者自序
在多年的创作中，我发现自己的心情境无法完全转化成视觉语言。所以，每当我想好一个主题的时候，我不会完完全全的描绘心中具体的对象。而是用具象和抽象的语言在给自己和观者在画面上讲述一个隐秘的故事。这个故事的内容和情节也是不完全清晰的。它既来源于内心深处，又不以明确的方式表现出来。这样一来，我的内心情境和绘画形态都为了彼此而加以一定程度上的让步，这就是视觉形态和内心情境对于我绘画方面的契合。
我的作品在视觉表达方面，首先是交织和晃动的，这与我个人的作画逻辑有关。我经常会先从一个或是几个形象，开始入手。其他画面元素随之呈现出来。补完整个画面。通常我会让画面里出现一些我自己创造的“生命体”，以及他们所处的梦幻空间。对于构建我的整个画面而言而言，从创作思路的角度看，大体的方法就是“多面关照”。一张画里，存在于整体之中的对立统一越多，它呈现出的视觉价值也就越高。虽然我近期主要使用的针管笔这种工具，相较油画材料而言，减少了许多的表达可能性，但它同时也有着一定的不可替代性；它很明确，直接，具体。因此，它带来的画面效果是明晰而清爽的。
此次展览的纸上作品，都是在近一年内完成的。因为尺幅相对油画作品更小，所以在纸上创作初期我着重关注的部分是画面内各元素之间的构建关系。随着我对于画面走向的认识和理解不断深化，我才开始真正的把更多的关注点放在内心表达方面。在形象和画面需要二者之间慢慢找到了一定平衡。
Author’s Note
In many years of creation, I found that my mood could not be fully translated into visual language. Therefore, whenever I have a theme in mind, I will not completely depict the specific object in my mind. Instead, it USES figurative and abstract language to express itself and gives the viewer a hidden story via the screen. The story's content and plot are not entirely clear. It comes from deep within and does not manifest itself in a definite way, in which both my inner situation and my painting form give way to each other to some extent, which is the combination of visual form and inner situation for my painting.
In terms of visual expression, my works are first of all intertwined and wobbly, which is related to my personal painting logic. I often start with one or more images. Other elements of the screen then appear, accomplishing the picture. I usually make the images show some of my own "living beings" and the dreamlike space they are in. For the construction of my whole picture, from the perspective of creative thinking, the general method is "multi-faceted care". The more unity of opposites there is in a painting, the more visual value it presents. Although the technical pen, a tool that I used a lot recently, has reduced many expression possibilities compared with oil painting materials, meanwhile it is also irreplaceable. It's clear, it's direct, it's concrete. Therefore, the picture effect it brings will be clear and refreshing.
The works on paper in this exhibition were all completed within a year. Since the ruler is smaller than the oil painting, what I focused on in the early stage of paper creation was the relationship between the elements in the picture. With the deepening of my understanding of the connotation of the picture, I began to pay more attention to the inner expression. A balance has been found between image and graphic needs. As a result, an equilibrium was found between images and graphic needs.

六．韦珂纸上作品展开幕回顾
7月31日，韦珂纸上作品展「空构」与「艺汇·言传」10'十分钟文化夜市在10'十分钟文化艺术空间同期揭幕。
感谢到场的各位艺术家朋友们和来自鲁迅美术学院的各位老师，特别感谢前鲁迅美术学院院长韦尔申教授出席本次开幕式，给予10'十分钟很多的鼓励和支持。
在前期筹备中，10'十分钟经过多次与艺术家的交流与碰撞，将空间布置得充满童趣，契合作品风格。艺术家韦珂也亲自参与到布展阶段，让展览最终呈现出更好的效果。空间对外形象的包装，截取了参展作品中的一部分，吸引了很多游客的驻足、参观，空间与展览再次融合为一个整体。
此次展览另外一项特别安排在于，全部作品将分阶段进行展出，在展览期间10'十分钟通过与艺术家沟通，将调换部分展出作品，以期带给大家不同的观展感受。2020年7月31日至10月8日，展览将开放参观。
此次展览的二十余幅作品是韦珂近一年来纸上创作的汇总，即使疫情期间，他也没有停止创作。在开幕现场，他与现场嘉宾分享了自己的创作历程以及此次展出作品的创作思路。
其实早在我很小的时候 就喜欢在触手可及的纸上涂涂画画，内容基本都来源于我已有知识的幻想。通过在学校七年的学习，我对画面规律有了一些初步体会，也渐渐地形成了我的个人作画逻辑。
这个作画逻辑第一遵循画面规律，另一方面和我的作画思路有关。我的绘画意图通常比较单纯，可能简单的一缕思绪就成了我一张画开始的由头。我把我的创作过程理解为一种生发的过程，也就是从画面的一个点开始，渐渐蔓延开来，直到完成整个画面。这样画面中各部分之间都是有联系的，并在多个方面是紧紧咬合在一起的。
针管笔相较于油画而言，有着自身的局限性，比如展现虚实及过渡方面，各颜色之间的交互作用以及色彩丰富性上的弱势，但其也有自身具备的不可替代性。介于它的特性，我尽可能最大限度地利用了针管笔明确、清晰以及肯定的特点，把我作品中 “生发”这一重要因素有针对性地贯彻始终。
