​中国深圳观澜论坛开始于2014年，每年举办一次，是深圳文化博览会分支活动之一，主旨是以版画艺术为切入点，围绕艺术与社会的相互关系展开的学术讨论平台。至今共举办了六届，主题也从版画艺术的本体逐渐向外沿伸，涉及艺术品的公共收藏、艺术的国际化交流、当代艺术的国际语境等等。随着问题深度的加强以及讨论维度的拓展，艺术教育的话题也被显现出来。鉴于此，组委会拟将2020年观澜论坛的主题设定为“国际艺术教育”，同步举办的艺术展览，第四届中国版画大展的主题为“艺术课/艺术教育方法论”。进入21世纪以来，随着网络化的进一步普及，全球化已经成为不可逆转的事实，许多产业都在向着国际化标准发展，那么在这样的背景下，强调继承、强调本族传统、强调创造的艺术以及艺术教育，该何去何从？

论坛将邀请国内外二十五位艺术教育实践者参与文集内容的撰写。

2020第四届中国版画大展将以十五个“课程”单元加以呈现。组委会将邀请中国著名艺术家、教育家谭平教授担任论坛主席。

谭平 Tan Ping

谭平，艺术家、教育家、中国美协实验艺术委员会主任。曾任中央美术学院副院长、中国艺术研究院副院长。

邀请广州美术学院副院长，艺术家范勃先生；美国常春藤教育机构创始人孙小秣女士担任论坛副主席。

范勃 Fan Bo

范勃，1966年生于天津。本科、硕士、博士先后毕业于天津美术学院、广州美术学院、中央美术学院。现为广州美术学院副院长、广州美术学院学术委员会主任、二级教授、博士生导师，教育部学位中心评审专家、广东省第七届学位委员会委员，兼任广东省美术家协会副主席、油画艺委会主任、中国美术家协会油画艺委会委员。

孙小秣 Alice Sun

Alice 女士长期在中、欧、美从事国际教育工作，作为美国大学招生咨询委员会专业协会（NACAC)、美国独立教育顾问协会（IECA)成员，她对东西方教育有着专注的研究和独到的视野，对美国大学及高中教育体系及升学规划指导经验丰富，对学生倾注了极大的爱心和关注。Alice 女士于2001年在耶鲁校区创办 Ivy Labs，其所领导的专家团队曾受聘于高盛、美银美林、摩根大通等，为其亚太地区财富管理高端客户提供教育咨询服务。

邀请中央美术学院教授，艺术家康剑飞先生担任论坛总策划以及第四届中国版画大展策展人。

康剑飞 Kang Jianfei

1973年出生于中国天津，1997年本科毕业于中央美院版画系，2000年毕业于版画系研究生班，留校至今，目前为中央美院教授，中国艺术研究院硕士生导师，中国版画博物馆学术委员会秘书长，中国美术馆收藏评审委员，现工作生活于北京。

2020 Guanlan Forum and 2020 4th China Printmaking Exhibition Officially Launched

The annual Shenzhen Guanlan Forum, China, which started in 2014, is one of the branch activities of Shenzhen Cultural Expo. Its main purpose is to take printmaking art as the starting point and to launch an academic discussion platform around the relationship between art and society. So far, there have been six sessions, and its themes have gradually extended from the noumenon of printmaking art to involving the public collection of works of art, international exchange of art, and discussions on the international context of contemporary art, etc. With the deepening of the problem and the expansion of the range of discussions, the topic of art education has also emerged. In view of this, the Organizing Committee plans to set the theme of the 2020 Guanlan Forum as "International Art Education" and the theme of the simultaneous art exhibition and the 4th China Printmaking Exhibition as "Art Class/Art Education Methodology". Since entering the 21st century, with the further popularization of networking, globalization has become an irreversible fact, and many industries are developing towards meeting international standards. Under such a background, what should we do to emphasize inheritance, native traditions, creative arts, and art education?Scope of Papers in 2020 Guanlan Forum and its Collection:1. International art education under the background of globalization.2. Online teaching of art courses.3. The interdisciplinary practice of art and science.4. Contemporary transformation of traditional art teaching.5. Attempts at cross-cultural art education.6. The generation of a new education model.The forum will invite 25 art education practitioners from home and abroad to participate in the writing of the collected works.The 4th China Printmaking Exhibition 2020 will be presented in 15 "curriculum" units.The Organizing Committee will invite Professor Tan Ping, a famous Chinese artist, and educator, to chair the forum.

We will invite Mr. Fan Bo, Vice President and Artist of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.Ms. Alice Sun, the founder of the Ivy Labs Education, will serve as vice-chairman of the forum.

Mr. Kang Jianfei, Professor and Artist of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, will be the chief planner of the forum and the curator of the 4th China Printmaking Exhibition.
